storage with limited, time-bound access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documents are used solely to verify eligibility and identity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once a licence is finalised, documents are retained for the decision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security and access logs are kept for <strong>up to two (2) years<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the retention period, data is securely destroyed or anonymised.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may request earlier deletion where legally permitted (for example, withdrawn applications).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
